We are looking for Romanian bands who are ready for international exposure! If you’re a Romanian citizen and make original music, we might just have a spot for you.
As part of the next EEMC edition, Romanian bands will be granted spots in the spotlight and enough time to make their voices heard during the showcase section of the conference. Showcase concerts usually take place at the end of the conference days. Bands are encouraged to prepare special shows but it’s not mandatory. If your music is the bee’s knees but you think your presentation is not ideal, ask for help. Our team won’t do it for you, but they’ll point you in the right direction and share tons of tips and resources to help you make your band look like a million bucks.
Who this program is for
Romanian musicians and bands, creators of original music exclusively.
This program is not dedicated to cover bands or tribute bands.
Please note that band support starts in June 2023 for the 2024 edition. If you write to us earlier, asking for branding/show direction support, do bear in mind our input only starts pouring in during the beginning of June.

Scattered around the historical city center of Sibiu, the venues destined for the showcase concerts make it feel like whoever’s attending is on some sort of a treasure hunt for the next big name. Provided we get band registrations with enough time before the event, we’ll do our best to book venues that do justice to your music, your genre, and your creative approach. Yes, that means we’ll at least try to get a fancy hall if you’re running your own mini (or maxi) philharmonics.
