Andreea Magdalina is the founder of shesaid.so, a global community of music artists, creatives and executives that centers diverse voices and ethical business practices. She is also the co-founder of IAMJT, a boutique studio focusing on artist development, music consulting and strategic partnerships for entertainment and technology clients. At IAMJT, she currently works with Amsterdam Dance Event leading their Pro conference program, as well as Coachella’s Innovation unit - where she leads artist partnerships and community design across emerging tech such as AI, gaming and more. Andreea has extensive experience at the intersection of music and technology, having worked with large and small companies such as Microsoft and Mixcloud, as well as digital-first agencies Wondersauce and Future Works where she oversaw creative strategy and production.
