These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EEMusic Conference website (www.eemusic.ro) and all related services, including ticket purchases, registration, and event participation.
The East European Music Conference (EEMC) is organized by:

By accessing or using our website, purchasing tickets, or registering for the conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable. The Organizer reserves the right to modify ticket prices at any time without prior notice.
The following ticket types may be available:
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled entirely by the Organizer. In case of event cancellation, attendees will receive a full refund within 30 business days. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled dates. Name changes on tickets may be requested up to 7 days before the event by contacting management@eemusic.ro.
Each ticket is valid for one person only. Tickets contain a unique QR code and may not be duplicated, resold, or transferred without written consent from the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained through unauthorized channels.
The Organizer reserves the right to change the event program, speakers, schedule, and venues at any time without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.
All attendees are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the conference. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant who engages in disruptive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior, without refund.
By attending the event, you grant the Organizer permission to use photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Registration on the website requires providing accurate personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The Organizer is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.
All content on the EEMC website, including text, images, logos, graphics, design, and software, is the property of the Organizer or their respective licensors and is protected by Romanian and international copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Romanian and European Union data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Law no. 190/2018.
The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or participation in the event. The Organizer's total liability shall not exceed the value of the ticket purchased. Force majeure events (including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions) release the Organizer from all obligations.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts in Bucharest, Romania.
