Ioana Chereji is the Head of Communication at UNTOLD Universe, the creative group behind some of Europe’s largest music festivals and entertainment experiences. For over a decade, she has led the communication strategy of projects that helped position Cluj-Napoca and Romania as key destinations on the global live music and festival map. Blending emotional storytelling with viral campaigns and international PR, Ioana has played a central role in shaping UNTOLD into more than a festival—a cultural brand and a community that brings together hundreds of thousands of people from around the world each year. She believes the strongest campaigns start not from advertising, but from genuine human connection. For her, communication is not only about delivering a message, but about creating moments that turn into memories.
