The passionate people who bring the
East European Music Conference to life.
Founder, Creative & Strategic Manager
Codruța Vulcu is the Director and Founder of ARTmania Festival, one of Romania's most well-established rock and metal events, now celebrating its 19th edition. In 2017, she launched the East European Music Conference & Showcase Festival, creating a platform for dialogue between the Romanian music industry, international professionals, and public authorities. She also serves as President of AROC (the Romanian Association of Promoters of Concerts and Cultural Events) and was Director of Large-Scale Events for Timișoara – European Capital of Culture 2023. With over 20 years of experience, her career includes the logistical and operational coordination of high-profile moments such as the official ceremonies led by Pope Francis in 2019, attended by over 100,000 people in Blaj, Romania. Internationally, she was honored with the Award for Excellence and Passion at the European Festival Awards 2020, while ARTmania Festival received the Best Small Festival in Europe title in 2019.

Specialized in production and event safety, Roxana integrates crowd management into the strategy of each project, considering safety an act of responsibility, not just a technical obligation. Since 2024, she has been a member of the steering committee of the YES Group (YOUROPE Event Safety Group). At the European Festival Awards in January 2025, she received the Event Safety Award.

At EEMC, Claudiu is responsible for the conference's entire digital ecosystem — from the website and ticketing platform to audience analytics and AI-powered content tools. His work bridges the gap between technology and the creative industries, bringing the same level of craft and attention to detail that defines EEMC's live experience into its online presence. Previously, he has contributed to digital strategies for international SaaS companies, SEO platforms, and cultural events across Romania and Europe.
Project Manager
Cristian is the Project Manager of the EEMC Conference, where he oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of the event. With over a decade of experience in performance marketing and digital advertising, Cristian has worked with international ecommerce brands to develop data-driven advertising strategies and scalable growth initiatives. Cristian's approach combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, focusing on turning data into clear decisions that improve marketing performance and business growth.
Content Writer
Mircea Laslo is part of the EEMC team as a content writer and translator, keeping the tone of communication straight and steady. He has worked as a cultural journalist, literary secretary, dramaturge, translator and copywriter, in varied environments and for many projects, and had brought his love for words and whimsy to all of them throughout the years. He likes to walk the thin line between clarity in communication and respect for the readers' intelligence.
