With over 14 years of multifaceted experience in the music and entertainment industry, Andra Vasile has established herself as a dynamic professional in Central and Eastern Europe. Her expertise spans PR and communication, concert promotion, event organization - including music camps, award ceremonies, and festivals - artist management, booking, A&R, and synchronization.
Currently, Andra serves as the Sync Manager and A&R Administrator at Global Records, one of the region's leading independent record labels. In this role, she manages a vast catalog of thousands of songs, both released and unreleased, collaborates closely with over 80 artists, and oversees operations across 18 studios.
In 2023, Andra co-founded Sync About It, an educational hub dedicated to building sync literacy and creating meaningful networking opportunities across the music and audiovisual industries. In 2025, in Bucharest, the initiative hosted the first conference and songwriting camp in Central and Eastern Europe focused exclusively on music synchronization. The event brought together international professionals to share knowledge, explore industry trends and best practices, while offering songwriters and producers a collaborative environment to work on projects aligned with real briefs from music supervisors.
Over the last two years, she has been an integral part of the Beach, Please! festival team, Europe's largest urban festival, where she oversees soundcheck management.
