Valentin started in advertising 27 years ago, after a degree in journalism and some awarded work in documentary film. He co-founded Jazz in 2012, the first independent agency in Romania to win gold in Cannes. Then in 2021 he went on to co-found Jam Session, the most awarded independent Romanian agency today. He led teams that won at D@AD, Cannes, Effie and Euro Effie. He advocates for brand building and pushes clients to really see the people and their culture, not only customers and performance. He also has a background as a commercial director, and has directed some projects that have won major international recognition.
