Bogdan Niță is a music industry entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in artist booking, management and entertainment strategy. As Managing Partner and Artist Booking & Advisor at Forward Agency, he represents a roster of 70+ artists, including INNA, Carla’s Dreams, Irina Rimes, The Motans, Puya and Andrew Dum, coordinating over 1,600 events per year across South-Eastern Europe.

From boutique venues to major festival stages such as Untold, Beach Please!, Waves, SAGA or Kapital, he has built lasting connections between artists, promoters and brands. Trained in negotiation at Harvard Business School, branding at Cambridge University and Future London Academy, and a certified Master Practitioner in NLP, Bogdan operates at the intersection of creative instinct and business strategy.
