Roxana Patricia Brohanschi is a cultural manager, entrepreneur, and communications specialist, with over a decade of experience in developing and producing cultural projects and large-scale national and international events. She is the co-founder and director of Rocanotherworld, a community-driven festival focused on sustainability, social responsibility, and meaningful cultural experiences, as well as the co-founder and director of Classix Festival, an international classical music festival with a contemporary and interdisciplinary approach. She is also the President and General Manager of the Creative Industries Association, where she leads cultural, educational, and social initiatives with national and international reach. Roxana holds a degree in Communication and Public Relations from “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University of Iași and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Advertising, Public Relations and Human Resources Management. At 23, she founded Showberry, a start-up supported by European funding, now an established event production company in North-Eastern Romania. Her work spans festivals, concerts, corporate events, and interdisciplinary productions, alongside collaborations with the IT and creative industries. She has led projects funded by AFCN, EEA and Norway Grants, and other European programmes. Her practice is shaped by a strong commitment to non-formal education, international collaboration, and the development of emerging professionals, with a focus on strategy, audience engagement, sustainability, and long-term impact.
