Silviu Scrob (RO)

For over twenty years, he has been working in the technical production field in the performing arts, accumulating experience as the Technical Director for the Sibiu European Capital of Culture 2007 program and as the Technical Production Manager for events such as the Sibiu International Theatre Festival, ArtMania Festival, New Media – Electric Castle, Summer Well Festival, and more. From 2021 to 2024, he was a member of the curatorial team for Timișoara 2023 European Capital of Culture in the position of Cultural Production Management Expert. He founded the Mozaic Jazz Festival, and holds since 2021 a Ph.D. in Theatre and Performing Arts from Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu, with a thesis titled “Technical Production Management in the Performing Arts.”
