Roxana Luca (RO)

Roxana Luca is an experienced event production professional with over 18 years of expertise in delivering complex projects from concept to execution. Throughout her career, she has worked on large-scale productions, including the Michelle Obama visit to Bucharest and the Pope Francis visit to Blaj, as well as major international events alongside organizers such as ARTmania Festival, Electric Castle, Centrul de Proiecte al Municipiului Timișoara, Livada, Emagic, and Pozitif Live. Specializing in production and event safety, Roxana integrates crowd management into the strategic planning of each project, as a fundamental part of design. Since 2024, she has been a member of the steering committee of YES Group, and in 2025 received the Event Safety Award for the design and delivery of the closing event of Timișoara – European Capital of Culture 2023, attended by over 60,000 participants. Roxana has actively contributed to shaping the East European Music Conference 2026 program, where she also leads the Event Safety section alongside her role in overall production. She is a guest lecturer at the University of Manchester, a mentor within the Women in Music program, and a speaker at many international industry conferences.
