Communication and project management specialist with approximately 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of cultural projects and festivals. Throughout her professional journey, she has been involved in projects such as Electric Castle, Rocanotherworld, Classix Festival, Balkanik Festival, KINOdiseea, Women in Music and Timișoara 2023 - European Capital of Culture, contributing to communication and PR coordination, media relations management, interview organization, media appearances, and the implementation of promotional strategies for cultural and artistic events. Within Women in Music, she began her journey as a mentee and later became part of the organization’s team. Her experience combines cultural communication with operational event coordination, supporting the development of coherent and impactful projects for audiences and partners alike.
