Irina Lucan-Arjoca (RO)

Irina Lucan-Arjoca is an intellectual property rights specialist who joined the Romanian Copyright Office (ORDA) in 2000, holding various positions within the institution, including Legal Adviser, Head of the International Relations and Legislation Department, and Deputy Director General (2012–2020).

She also served as Adviser within the Control Directorate of the National Institute of Statistics (INSSE) between 2010 and 2011, and from 2022 to 2023 she was Adviser to State Secretary Andras Istvan Demeter at the Ministry of Culture.

Currently, she serves as Interim Head of the Copyright Department within the Romanian Public Television Society (SRTv). She is a member of several national and international working groups in the field of intellectual property and is frequently invited as a speaker at specialized domestic and international events.
